Delivery

Smaller orders are sent via royal mail recorded delivery which aim to deliver in 3-5 working days. Larger orders will be sent via UPS next day delivery.

My order hasnt arrived

If a tracked order has not arrived 5 working days after dispatch we will investigate.  You will be eligible for a refund or replacement after 14 days if the order has still not arrived. If your parcel is lost in transit – the following procedure applies: report the missing parcel via the contact form on website or by emailing us, we will contact royal mail, PLEASE NOTE that royal mail do not investigate missing parcels until 10 days after they were posted. After 14 days from being posted, if the order has still not arrived we will then refund or replace your order.

Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order.

Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs or similar items are cracked or are not perfectly spherical. Cracks and small amounts of uneveness and imperfections are present on most hand made bath bombs and products, and are there from manufacture. All of the items on this website are HAND MADE – they are not perfect or flawless. This in no way effects their primary function, however may effect it cosmetically in appearance. If you want perfect – then the factory produced ranges of products would probably be more suitable for you.

Refunds will of course will be issued if the item is broken or smashed – When we send our products to you, we have ensured that they are securely and safely packaged. However we understand that accidents can happen. In the event of this, we will REQUIRE photographic evidence, and or courier evidence, before or if any action will be taken. Items damaged due to weather conditions beyond our control refunds will not be issued.

Product descriptions

We have taken great care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible. Despite this, some variation in items may occur. Every batch is different, Please note that all of the items on our are handmade by us. The bath bombs may not be perfectly round – they may have cracks in the surface, they may crumble a bit, this is all normal when they are made by hand. They might vary from the picture – the colours might be brighter or lighter, however, They still work the same with a crack or a dent. We provide you with product information on the website including ingredients. Products and medical conditions

We get asked about products and whether they are ok for sensitive skin – it is not possible to say whether one person may react with a product when another person may not. What we advise is that you know better than anyone what your skin reacts to, check the ingredients list, or ask for information about the product you are interested in and if you want to purchase always do a patch test. We do not advise anyone to give recommendations for products, unless specifically advised by the supplier that the product is suitable for sensitive skin.

Other information

Items listed on the website are in pound sterling and we ship to the UK ONLY.
We use new and recycled packaging for sending our orders. Orders get delivered in boxes – usually recycled.
Payments can be made by debit / credit card or via PayPal or clearpay. You do not need to have a paypal account to be able to purchase via PayPal, It can be done via your credit/debit card. All payments are due before dispatch of goods at the point of ordering. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled Within 2 hours, unless you contact to specify otherwise.
No goods will be made or dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.

Goods Delivered but customer claiming they have not received
When goods are delivered by courier the tracking is updated to reflect such.

If you claim that it has not been received (because left in a “safe place” or left with a neighbour without you selecting this option on your tracking information or leaving a note) we will contact the courier and report the complaint. We will contact you to advise of the couriers investigation and the outcome, and if a signature has been received we will send you a copy of the electronic signature and name in order to try and trace the parcel. “left with neighbour” cards /tracking – please check with neighbours to see if received. If not there, In these incidences we would advise you to contact Police if no trace of parcel with neighbour as this would be classed as “stolen”. As legally you are the owner of the parcel (you paid for it) it will be you that reports to police – we will of course provide you with all the information you need to do this. If your item is damaged or stolen after the courier has left your order in ‘a safe place’ as per your request we are unable to refund you for your order as leaving in a safe place means that you are liable for your parcel and accept all liability for it once it has been left. Please note that all couriers take photographs of where they leave your parcel if in a safe place if you are not in.

Non-Delivery of Item(s)
Please allow 5 working days from dispatch for the delivery of ordered items. Orders are sent via royal mail, there can sometimes be a delay due to weather etc. If there is a delay dispatching your order we will inform you. If the items are still not delivered after this time, please contact us via email or the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Please provide us with the original order number as reference.
We will then investigate the non-delivery with the relevant delivery service provider used for the order and put in a claim – PLEASE NOTE this may take up to 14 days, however as soon as we receive confirmation that the parcel has not been delivered and cannot be located by the courier company we will submit the claim and refund when received.

Misuse of Goods / Cosmetic Use Disclaimer
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date. The material here is intended to provide general information and users are advised to seek further legal guidance before acting or relying on the contents. We disclaim all liability for loss and/or damage that may result from the use of information contained on this site.

Our products contain body safe colourants and fragrances and will not stain either a person or a bath tub. As with all bath products – please rinse bath after use to remove any particles (eg glitter etc) and any remnant of colour. Please make sure your bath is clean before use – eg a “tide mark” on a bath may attract more colour than a clean surface. If your bath tub is painted or damaged, it is advisable to avoid bath bombs with colour as the porous areas will attract the colour and prove difficult to remove. All of our suppliers use either water soluable dyes or mica in their products. Bath bombs are highly coloured products and as such transference can occur to skin or clothing if handling when wet. Please note that they are only temporary discolouring to skin and will not cause any lasting staining.
Please note that if you have sensitive skin – you are always advised to check ingredients and then carry out a skin test – dampen a small part of the bath bomb and rub on inner arm – check 24 hours later for any reaction. Often children can have sensitive skin so it is always best to do a skin test on any new product. Fragrance oils in particular, can have any one of 26 known allergens in (proved to cause irritation / rash / discomfort).

All products are for external use only. Bath bombs are not suitable for children under 3yrs.

Seren Cosmetics will not be held responsible for any personal injuries that occur from the misuse of goods advertised on this website

By purchasing from this website you agree you are happy with receiving your order within the stated timescale at the time of the order. We will change the duration of the timescale depending on the time of year, such as busy Christmas periods and so on. We will not accept any refunds or returns based on that of timescale issues. Agreement

By signing up to be a representative of Seren Cosmetics ,  you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Seren Cosmetics reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and any outstanding commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to join at your own risk.

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to join.
  • You must live in the UK to be a rep.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Seren Cosmetics cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You may not use joining as a rep for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • You may not use the rep program to earn money by increasing prices. Prices we charge are what you charge your customers.

• You may use graphics/deacriptions/ videos on your pages, in your emails, or other communications

• You MUST make it clear that you are a representative for Seren Cosmetics.

Once you have signed up as a representative, you will be assigned a unique Commission Code.

We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Customer definition

Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed to be our customers. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products that you have listed on your site, you should always check the prices of the products before posting or promoting. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.

Your responsibilities

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your page and for all materials that appear on there. For example, you will be solely responsible for:

– The accuracy, truth, and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials and any information you include within or associate with Special Links)
– Ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights)
– Ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal

Term of the Agreement and Program

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of your code and rep group. 

Termination

Seren Cosmetics, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other seren cosmetics service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and

Independent Investigation

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
