How long will my order take to make?

Orders are made once payment is received. Lead times. They are currently taking up 14 working days to make. 

How long is delivery?

Orders are sent via dpd or royal mail next day delivery. Orders are sent monday to friday. Deliveries are made monday to friday. Although it is next day delivery please allow up to 3 days for your order to be delivered after it has been dispatched. Orders sent on a friday will usually be delivered on a monday.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is from £7.99. There is FREE delivery on orders over £250.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs or similar items are cracked or are not perfectly round. Cracks and small amounts of uneveness and imperfections are present on most hand made bath bombs and products, and are there from manufacture. There are 2 refund options, Firstly we will require photographic evidence before any action will be taken. Items damaged due to weather conditions beyond our control no returns accepted or refunds issued. Option 1,  we ask that you repackage your damaged items, after corresponding with us, and return them to us at which time we’ll either issue a full refund for those products or replace the damaged products minus the cost delivery and the postage cost of the items you send back to us. Only items smashed will be refunded or replaced. Option 2, Keep the broken products and have a 50% refund on each broken product. These are still sellable as woopsies. Items that are not damanged are NOT eligable for a refund. We reserve the right not to refund items returned to us that are undamaged. Any issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

My order hasnt arrived.

Please allow up to 3 working days after dispatch before contacting us. Orders are sent monday to friday using DPD or Royal Mail next day delivery. If there is no sign of your parcel after 3 working days please contact us and we will investigate which may take up to 14 days.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order to buy wholesale is £50. As a small business its not always possible to pay out large amounts of money for stock and we have tried to keep out minimum order as low as possible to help this. On average most wholesalers have £100+ minimum order so we are cheaper than most.

Can I re label your products with my own business logo?

Yes of course. All our products come with a standard label on the back with ingredients, batch numbers, warning & manufacturers details which MUST stay on. But you are free to add your own business label on the front.

Can I add extra items on once I have placed my order?

Yes of course, This could delay your order for up to 10 working days depending on the amount ordered. If the add on total is £50 or over then you are required to treat this as a new order and subject to current lead times. Please contact us if you want to add to your order.
